The Purchase Recovery feature allows you to reclaim items if your payment was successfully completed but the purchased item was not delivered.
However, to use this feature, the device used for the purchase, the store account used for payment, and the game account information must all match.
If the Purchase Recovery feature does not work properly even though you did not receive your item, please contact Customer Support with the following information:
