My Record is reset at 12:00 AM on the last day of each month, and after the reset, you can claim rewards directly from the My Record screen.
■ How to Claim Rewards
1. Go to My Record from the bottom-left of the song selection screen.
2. Tap [Receive previous My Record reward].
