Account data in the SUPERSTAR Series is never deleted arbitrarily.
Please make sure you are logged in with the correct account.
If your cards are not appearing even though you logged in correctly,
you can submit screenshots of your previously owned cardbook to Customer Support for verification.
If it is difficult to provide cardbook screenshots, please fill out the form below and contact Customer Support:

- In-game nickname
- Date and time when the card was acquired
- Date and time when the card went missing
- Name of the missing card (Group / Theme / Artist / Grade)
※ Card recovery is only available in the case of technical errors.
※ Cards that were sold or used for upgrade/power up cannot be restored.
💡 TIP: Use the [Card Lock] feature to prevent cards from being used as materials for sale or upgrades. We strongly recommend locking important cards.
