For accounts linked via Facebook, please first check whether the linked account has expired.
■ How to Check
1. Go to the Facebook menu → Settings → Apps and Websites → select SUPERSTAR Series.
2. Select the app and click [Renew].
※ If your account has not expired but you still cannot log in, please contact Customer Support.
