■ How to Delete Your Account
1. Go to Menu → Settings in the game.
2. (If linked to a platform account) Select [Unlink].
3. Select [Delete Account].
※ This procedure applies not only to deleting accounts linked to other platforms but also to deleting game data for Dalcom ID accounts.
■ Deleting a Dalcom ID Account
Currently, there is no in-game option to delete a Dalcom ID account, so this must be processed manually through Customer Support.
If you wish to delete your Dalcom ID, please submit the following information to Customer Support:
[Dalcom ID Deletion Consent]
- Nickname
- Game title
- Consent to deletion (O / X)
- Attach screenshots of [My Info] and [Account Settings] in the game
※ Dalcom ID deletion requests are processed sequentially and can be withdrawn within 14 days from the request date.
※ Once deletion is complete, the account cannot be recovered.
