■ Unauthorized Program Use
- Submit a video of you playing the specified song while showing your hands. The score must be displayed in the video.
- Submission deadline: Within 3 days from the date of the suspension notice.
■ Unauthorized Refund
- Agree to repurchase the item for the same amount and accept the company’s item retrieving.
